With a master's degree in Computer Sciense, I have a strong background in developing and managing technological and complex products in B2C and B2B2C domains. I have 5+ years of experience in product management, working for leading companies such as Yandex, Algorithmics, and Home Credit Bank, in sectors such as Search Engine, AdTech, VR, EdTech, Fintech, and e-commerce. As a product manager at Yandex, I was fully responsible for Yandex Images, a product with 20 million daily active users, supported by four teams of 30 developers. I collaborated with over 150 stakeholders and executives, managed seven backlogs, and handled four projects simultaneously. I doubled the year-over-year revenue of Yandex Images by introducing new advertisement formats, redesigning existing ads, and reducing the bounce rate through the execution of over 60 A/B tests and the launch of more than 10 projects. I also successfully developed and pivoted the product strategy and roadmap in response to the crisis in 2022. I am experienced in ML/AI techniques and ranking, and I have conducted over 300 A/B tests and 150 UX-interviews. I have strong skills in product strategy, product discovery, stakeholder management, user stories, agile, scrum, kanban, prioritization, prototyping, and product roadmap.
