I joined CG Moving Co. in 2013 as their Customer Service Manager. I have been working with corporate clients, government agencies & non-profit clients in offering office relocation & storage solutions in the San Francisco Bay Area. I manage all aspects of customer interaction including site visits, estimates, invoices, payments & customer reviews. We have extensive experience in small to large relocation projects, including modular system installation, office equipment & furniture relocation & biotech environments. We have relocated law offices, ranging from one attorney to large corporations. We are experienced in handling sensitive documents in high-stakes environments where the downtime is minimized by working overnight. We also work with vulnerable populations, including children and the elderly. We've relocated children in at-risk environments, to & from group homes as well as elderly clients transitioning to assisted living facilities. Anyone can move furniture, we are the smart, safe, professional movers! My previous experience was in a private dental practice where I worked for 13 years, in scheduling, billing, and collections. I have a Bachelor of Arts from San Francisco State University in Raza (Latino/Latina) Studies. I serve as co-president of the Northern Region Chapter of the CMSA. I am the co-founder of the "Women of the Move" series & conferences. I have organized, hosted, and done outreach on a series of events & panels, in support of women's leadership & professional development for women in the moving industry & chapter members. I served as a board member of the Golden Gate Business Association from Sept 2018 to Sept 2024, the GGBA was founded in 1974 as the nation’s first LGBT Chamber of Commerce. I served on the Executive Committee as the secretary. I also served as the membership chair & ambassador. I was a member of the BOD of the SSF Chamber of Commerce. I was VP from 01-06/2023. I served as the volunteer president from 6/23 to 3/24. I was a member of the San Mateo Area Chamber of Commerce Hispanic/Latino Chamber of Commerce Advisory Committee. Our company is a member of the SSF Chamber of Commerce, the GGBA & the SF Hispanic Chambers of Commerce. I enjoy making TikToks & I add Latin American music to the background, specifically music from the Dominican Republic because the music is full of rhythm, catchy tunes & phrases.
