Being in charge of up to a 20-member CS team, my area of responsibility covered: 

- accepting & resolving L2 customer requests; 
- ensuring potential bugs, malware, & site errors are eliminated in a timely manner;
- arranging tasks in a ticketing system (Omnidesk, Freshdesk);
- escalating issues outside the scope of duties to external departments (dev, compliance, etc.) via ITSD (Jira);
- managing refunds, handling customer reviews & complaints;
- handling effective communication with a PM, PO team;
- L1 support staff mentoring.

Senior Customer Service Manager

Responsible for acting as a liaison btw end customers worldwide (e.g. New Zealand, Australia, Canada, Europe & more) and the product. Providing L1 assistance with the following queries:

- reports on sites errors & malfunctions;
- payments;
- account verification; 
- general questions.

Customer Support Agent

Freelance

Working with students of various ages and language levels by planning, preparing, and delivering well-developed English lessons. Assisting with daily school homework and assignments among others.
