Search and attract new clients using different platforms (AngelList, Meetup, Crunchbase, LinkedIn, Clutch etc.)
Arrange calls with clients and identify their business needs
Prepare estimations & pitch decks for clients and present them 
Prepare and sign documents before starting the development process
Manage internal projects (e.g. the website redesign, content creation)
Promote the company on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
Create SMM strategy and content plan for Enkonix SM accounts
Assist with the recruitment process and search for candidates (only for "hot" vacancies)

Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
Source and recruit candidates using own database, social media, recruitment sources etc.
Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
Conduct interviews (both phone and in-person)
Create and send job offers to selected candidates
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Update vacancies/candidates' statuses in Workable and CleverStaff
