My role is to build client solutions, particularly for new business areas. This includes brand and marketing, with the focus on growing the P4 business globally.

Managing Consultant

As Principal / Manager I take the lead on delivering procurement and supply activities for clients. This includes both private and public sector clients, and drives significant value within their operations. 
I am called upon for my subject matter expertise in the post-award procurement lifecycle. This includes contract and supplier management, including third party and enterprise risk, for bids, sales and delivery. 
I deliver training via our partner organisation, and for clients.
I also lead the ESG (and Social Value) team at Retearn and report to the Exec on this area and work closely with sales and business development.

Leading a procurement team of 9 split between Birmingham and London. My main focus was in recruiting a full team and transforming their procurement approach away from tactical support to driving hard benefit to the business area.
I also jointly developed the new savings pipeline tool and improved the SRM tools and templates for the function.

Creating and driving category strategy by means of contract compliance, stakeholder engagement, and supplier negotiation to add value to the Hard Services and Buildings Consultancy categories across the breadth of the business.
