As a member of the operations team, was responsible for driving improvements in our business processes and developing scalable solutions within our team
- Oversaw the submission of multiple high value tenders, specifically analysing large client datasets to deliver pricing strategies and an executable solution for their needs. 
- Developed a streamlined process for the company for delivering these multi-million dollar tenders so that we could easily handle multiple submissions at once
- Helped manage and maintain relationships with our large carrier base whilst introducing strategies to grow and educate our supply base

Joined the company in the early stages of launching to market and helped build the foundations of the initial sales process
- Responsible for lead generation through multiple pipelines and setting up meetings with clients 
- Managed Salesforce systems and defining the early stages processes for the sales funnel 
- Worked closely with the operations teams on our first tender submissions

Business Development Intern

Uber

Responsible for supporting onboarding of new restaurant customers, by:
Managing restaurant locations for new account set up, training and activation
Coordinating activities with restaurants involved in set up and conducting training
Ensuring a positive first product experience for restaurant customers with Uber Eats

SMB Onboarding Specialist

Spent 8 months as a part of the SMB Inbound Sales team for Uber Eats across ANZ. I garnered experience in managing high volume funnels and helped drive rapid growth and expansion in the early stages of Uber Eats' lifecycle in ANZ. During my time in the team I successfully sold to 300 SMB restaurants.

I am an enthusiastic worker with a passion for all things data! I strive to be constantly examining the metrics behind business decisions to help drive growth and change. Currently I’m helping to disrupt the logistics industry at Ofload and have grown with the company through a variety of roles as the company has rapidly scaled and established itself. Currently I’m working with the Product team to build a data-driven product process by defining and monitoring the metrics of success for our product. I have a familiar background in sales and operations working at Uber Eats and Ofload which has given me a deep understanding of working with internal and external stakeholders.
