Operating within a small team of engineers responsible for the day-to-day ITIL functions, operational, maintenance and enhancement activities within our customer’s environment. Spread across the entire country, Microsoft Azure and Office 365 cloud platforms, 2 Windows domains, various on-premise infrastructure, totalling 1000+ users and ~60 servers. Also providing on-call level 3 support out of hours as part of a rotating roster.

Custom Windows 10 based MOEs for the Microsoft FindMe, third-party Visitor Access Management and Point-of-Sale solutions.
-Designed, developed and implemented custom MOEs for public-facing, self-service systems.
-Collaborated with the business, vendors and ICT teams to ensure each MOE solution is kept within security and architecture guidelines, whilst also meeting business requirements.
-Developed supporting As Built and process documentation.

Intune MDM
MDM project designed and implement by the vendor. Migrating from Domino Notes Traveler to Microsoft Intune.
-Primary technical resource assigned to assist the business and vendor with the Intune MDM migration.

SOE Systems Engineer

The position of a SOE Engineer is one that involves a diverse IT skill set combined with specific knowledge of Standard Operating Environment (SOE) build methodology. Experience with Microsoft based Operating System image creation, customisations and deployment methods. This role also includes services to plan, organises, designs and installs complex client images or products as part of a team including operating system administration, platform support and maintenance, performance management, security compliance support, and S/W Packaging and Distribution. 

Along with this, I'm the primary contact for developing, testing, implementing and managing the constant IT Changes throughout the business and representing them to the Change Approval Board each week for approval. In this role, I'm also responsible for managing settings and making sure machines throughout the entire environement conform to the required standards by using Group Policy. I also manage all the Problem Records that CSC are responsible for within our client's environment. This includes everything from the initial investigation right through to the implementation of the solution and the post PR review.

I performed this role across multiple clients. Ranging in size from 2000 to 7000+ machines.
