I was recognized again for the 3rd time, placing on #9 in 2020 for The Top 100 Filipinos on LinkedIn to follow for Learning and Inspiration, 2020. I was so grateful to receive such recognition at the height of ECQ in Metro Manila and Global Pandemic. I didn't expect that I could drive inspiration while I myself was also in dire need of inspiration last year. All of us, if not globally, were in a deep emotional depression and mental stress caused by unexpected lockdown and glaring data on Covid infection. I was first recognized as #11 in 2018 on Top 47 Filipinos on LinkedIn to follow for Learning and Inspiration. And then again in 2019 as #5 on The Top 100 Filipinos to follow for inspiration and learning on Linkedin. I am a Certified HR Professional (CHRP) whose specialization is in Organizational Development and Effectiveness, and I am also a Certified Total Rewards Specialist from ASEAN Total Rewards Institute. And more recently, I was divested with a degree as Associate Fellow in People Management at PMAP. Apart from being an HR Leader, I am also an OSH - Dole registered Safety Practitioner and a PRC Licensed Real Estate Broker since 2010. I have conferred recognition with the "HR Leadership Award" from the Institute of Public Enterprise and Ascent during Asia Pacific HRM Conference in Bangalore India. An event that hosted at least 80 awardees of different categories from different sectors and industries in Asia - Pacific and this was held at Vivanta by Taj, Bangalore City, India, Sept 6, 2013. The leadership award was for recognition of his contribution in the field of HR Management as a professional and best practices in HR Operations. In Feb 15, 2018, I was given recognition as one of the 500 Global HR Minds and Leaders in Mumbai, India, by Times Ascent Pvt Lt., for my active participation in conducting HR Conferences and Seminars. And more recent, I was recognized by Advantage Club and CHRO Asia as one of the Top 100 HR Leaders - Philippines last June 7th 2023. I was an accredited assessor for HATS, and an accredited facilitator at Harvard Managed - Mentor. And one of the core organizers of LinkedIn Local PH. #opentowork
