As a customer experience associate, I was acting as the face of the brand. I had to demonstrate the Ralph Lauren brand philosophy and values, an contribute to the success of the store by delivering an exceptional level of the Ralph Lauren experience. 
I learnt how to provide all customers a welcoming environment to Connect, Convert and Conclude leaving them with a positive lasting impression of Ralph Lauren. I was responsible for my personal contribution to the team and the store, and I was always looking for ways to continuously improve. I was also aware that I was representing Ralph Lauren through impeccable dress and grooming standards. I had to understand the key metrics and how my performance each day impacted the results of the store, and I applied pace and energy to any task I was set.

Much like my retail job at Ralph Lauren, I was responsible for being the main customer facing element of the brand. I was responsible for achieving personal or team sales goals daily. There was a huge focus on conversion and upselling to customers, whilst also having to deal with customer complaints directly. On a daily basis I had to make sure I delivered impeccable customer service and dealing with communication issues and disagreements in a professional yet friendly manner. I worked in the fast paced environment of Bicester Village with a huge number of the customers being international, making communication elements a bit more difficult, which taught me how to be patient in stressful situations.
