A hallmark of Olivier’s career is leadership on a global scale. He led the expansion of Sourcing Force through strategic partnerships in Europe and America. Olivier started his career at General Electric as the company’s Professional Services Buyer leading European Transformation Project. He then joined United Technologies Corporation, creating the Indirect Procurement Strategy for Fire & Security entities in Europe. After UTC, Olivier served Groupe SEB. For his work at Groupe SEB, Olivier is widely recognized as disruptive approach of Insurances, Lawyers & Intellectual Property Purchasing Management. Now over $10 Million of yearly saving has been achieved through new structured contracts and processes. Before creating BME Sourcing Force, Olivier was Professor at Shanghaï University, Grenoble IAE and ESDES Business School teaching Supply Chain for Executive MBA students. Olivier wrote a book in 2014 related to International Purchasing Management published at Eyrolles : "Les Fiches Outils des Achats". Olivier earned his B.A. at IPAG Business School (FR) and B.A. Honors Hertfordshire University (UK), and holds a MBA degree from Grenoble Business School (FR). Olivier was also named the Hertfordshire Entrepreneur's Idea of the Year (2004) and received the "Décision Achat" Innovative Award in 2016.
