As a development officer, my role involves overseeing the entire development process from the acquisition of property/land, to the handing over of keys at P/C. I am responsible for building strong relationships with stakeholders, including both local and health authorities, as well as contractors, ensuring the successful completion of projects. The types of housing provision provided includes accessible, learning disability, children’s, and mental health. My expertise lies in property acquisition and effectively managing the development process so that high-quality specialist housing is delivered to those who need it most.
