First on the ground to launch and lead the UK market for Sequoia Capital backed growth management platform company Insider. 

Built initial revenues from strategy/process through to execution within new business sales, marketing, customer success, hiring and operations solo. Acquired and managed enterprise accounts eg. M&S, HP, Philips, Green Man Gaming, Decathlon from the London office.

Within 4 months responsibility increased and I subsequently built a team covering DACH, Nordics, ES, IT, US, NL, Africa.
Replicated the grad scheme model I created at Yieldify which functioned as sales support / BD.
Within Year 1 unlocked revenues in these markets with tier 1, enterprise retailers.

Additionally helped to hire the product marketing and initial customer success team to support the above regions.

- Managing and running the entire DV office in the absence of COO and CEO (including all E-commerce and affiliate operations.)
- At these times being the senior decision maker regarding any business issues or developments that may ensue as well as internal HR issues and developments. 
- Managing not only the Partnerships, Site & Email Campaign and Administration teams but also the new Local/Regional Daily Deals Team.
- Maintaining a significant input in business decision making at the most senior level.

Partnerships & Affiliate
- Running the entire affiliate operation for Discount Vouchers. From the acquisition of all content for each affiliate marketing campaign, successful commercial negotiations with the relevant partners to optimise those campaigns and strategic long term planning for successful growth of the entire affiliate operation. 

Regional Daily Deals
- Running the entire regional deals e-commerce operation from the acquisition of deals partners to utilising the deals platform, creating and testing the deals email campaigns and the management of strategic targeting of those campaigns to the relevant users / locations.
- Supporting all Regional Deals staff.
- Senior planning and implementation of the regional deals strategy.

Head of Partnerships and Regional Daily Deals

- Full internal management of the Partnerships, Campaign, Site and Email Administration & Testing teams.

Partnerships Team
- Developing and managing the affiliate operations within the company.
- Strategic planning of both site and email campaigns at a senior level.
- Managing the development of new commercial relationships at a senior level as well as executing significant growth throughout all existing commercial partnerships in fitting with their agreed strategies.
- Recruiting, training and integrating new employees into the team.
- Supporting and aiding all employees under my management.
- Negotiating and booking tenancy fees for heightened exposure.

Campaign, Site & Email Admin. Teams.
- Managing & overseeing the creation and testing of consumer targeted emails on a daily basis to fit with the strategy of that particular time.
- Creating and optimising campaign subject lines, promotional copy ordering and creatives for increased traffic generation, CTR and conversion rate growth.
- Managing and maintaining relevant and accurate site content & display advertising in fitting with partners' agreed strategies.
- Representing the affiliate/commercial operations and giving relevant input to site changes for design projects.
- Developing and executing a robust testing model for campaigns in order to maintain accuracy and quality of function.
- Managing the development of the user experience in both email and on site whilst maintaining a sense of commercial optimisation.

Partnerships Manager

Marketing:
- Planning and implementing marketing strategy and exposure packages to fulfil objectives of specific merchants, networks or agencies.
- Planning, editing and implementing content and copy of all email campaigns.
- Writing and editing site copy.
- Briefing tech team on new site redesign features and merchant creatives.
- In charge of all PR work including editing releases, introducing appropriate key phrase lists and eventual sign off.
- Analysis of site and email campaign data to ensure objectives of merchants are reached.
Partnerships:
- Finding and developing new and existing business partnerships.
- Managing accounts and communications between networks and merchants.
- Negotiating tenancy, CPA increases and Exclusive promotions for site and email campaigns.
