A real estate professional with a leading profile in the self storage sector having worked across the UK and EMEA since the 1990s from a valuation, agency and corporate finance perspective. I bring together first-hand transactional experience and creativity together with analytical valuation professionalism, and deep sector knowledge. My career started at Drivers Jonas. I joined as a graduate and went on to become an equity partner 15 years later. I led the firm’s real estate valuation business following our merger with Deloitte. I lived in London, Edinburgh and Dubai during my career with them. I joined JLL in 2014 to establish their Alternatives business in the UK and their self storage team. I led the UK Commercial Valuation team from 2020 though Covid and a global restructuring, and then was EMEA Alternatives sector lead. I joined Savills as head of self storage in 2024. I founded and am a Director of Chiswick Flower Market which is a Community Interest Company with the objective of revitalise my town centre - it now attracts thousands of visitors and is a top 10 London market.
