Proficient in tools implementation and using of customer data platforms such as Segment, Rudderstack, and mParticle for data cleaning, integration and activation.

Detailed experience in tools implementation and utilizing CRM platforms like Customer.io, Braze, Hubspot, Iterable, Clevertap, Active campaign, Userflow, Pendo, MoEngage etc to set up omnichannel email, SMS, push, and live-chat messaging systems for onboarding, engagement, and other lifecycle campaigns. 

Data-savvy to utilize descriptive analytics tools like SQL, Excel functions, Domo, Tableau, and PowerBI for Data wrangling, analytics, viz, database query, and decision-making.

Olumide also empowers young tech professionals and early-stage founders with tips, resources, and guides they need to move from 0 to 1.
