Olatuyi Oluwaseun Grace is banker, an author and a Doctoral Student. She has previously worked as a lecturer at Polytechnic of Ibadan Ogunmakin Part-Time centre and at Highland College of Technology and for the past 5+ years at Tai Solarin University of Education Microfinance Bank working in various capacity as a Marketing Officer, Deposit Receiving Officer, Customer Support Officer, Treasury Officer and Bank Reconciliation Officer and presently as a Deposit Receiving Officer. She is accustomed to working on multiple task simultaneously. She passed her Microfinance Chartered Institute of Bankers Nigeria examination of the October 2021 Diet with 4 Distinctions and 2 Passes. She was Inducted on the 27th of August, 2022. Her experiences at various industries, and as a former lecturer in Higher Education Institutions coupled with that of Tai Solarin University of Education Microfinance Bank has helped to improve her financial and leadership skills, hone her organizational skills, customer care support skills and has encouraged her to engage in knowledge acquisition of professional Human Resources Management Training courses and Corporate Governance Training.
