For so many years I allowed people describe me. I did not know who I was, or what I could possibly offer that will help anyone. I allowed downgrading words said by people limit me. But now I have gone past that. I have gone through serious self discovery sessions and now I can proudly tell you about myself 👇 I am an undergraduate student of University of Lagos. I am presently studying Human kinetics. I love participating in physical activities. But I am mostly interested in athletics and badminton. I am a creative health writer. I write articles about healthy lifestyles, and how to improve one's physical, spiritual, emotional, social and mental health. I started writing health contents because I have also gone through some health issues (emotionally and physically). This gave me the drive to learn and understand everything about health and wellness. I have vowed to use my health contents to enlighten people struggling with their health to understand their health condition, and start taking good care of themselves. I have enlightened a lot of people with my articles, and I have made them understand their value and individuality.
