•	Led outreach initiatives with new employees and interns to discuss Sony's diversity & inclusion community's business case. The result accelerated new hire assimilation into Sony's culture, increasing retention and employee satisfaction.
•	President of VOZ (Voice), Sony Pictures Latinx Employee Business Resource Group. Collaborated and implemented marketing campaigns/events/focus groups, D&I initiatives, and community outreach efforts within the D&I community. SPE’s lead for "Latinx in Hollywood" cross-studio mixer, which showed our studio as a willing team player. The result was further Sony Pictures' overall diversity and inclusion strategies within the company and industry. 
•	Proud mentor for CSR partnership SPARK program, which established a bridge between Sony and local middle-school students. This increased student understanding of the business impact of the entertainment industry within local communities.

• Processed and tracked the team's invoices. I made sure that we were on time with payments. The result was to stay and be aware of the budget. Efficiently organized and maintained vital documentation, which helped the team stay aware of processes and ensured accuracy.
