Being part of the immersive Mechanical BIM Engineering World Boot Camp at Kaitech Solutions Academy, known for its innovative methods in engineering education. I delved passionately into the world of BIM technology. Throughout the 300-hour program, Each module covered a wide array of topics essential for modern engineering, including BIM technology, Revit proficiency, parametric modeling, coordination, work-sharing, and advanced tools such as Dynamo scripts, Navisworks, and Enscape. Additionally, the curriculum introduced concepts like 4D (Duration, Timeline & Scheduling), 5D (cost data), 6D (Sustainability), and 7D (Facility management), providing a comprehensive understanding of BIM applications throughout the construction lifecycle. Throughout the program duration, I actively participated in lectures,  webinars, and collaborative group projects under senior BIM coordinators' guidance. These activities covered a range of tasks, such as modeling assignments, template development, and coordination exercises, specifically tailored to the objectives of each module. In our project, I collaborated closely with diverse teams from architecture, structural engineering, and electrical engineering. Together, we utilized our expertise to deliver a solution that integrated architectural, structural, and MEP elements seamlessly. This collaborative effort demonstrated our ability to innovate beyond traditional project management constraints. In reflecting on this experience, it became evident that BIM technology is essential for effective construction project management in today's industry.

Partnering with Sela, who oversees the project as the client's project manager, Proline International F&B Services, operating as a subcontractor, played a key role in bringing this vision to life. As an MEP engineer and commercial kitchen designer, my job was to ensure each food truck met all the rules and had a kitchen that matched the brand and operator's ideas.
Alongside a skilled team, we checked every detail, fixed things that needed changing, and made sure the trucks followed all the rules. After finishing the trucks, we tested everything, moved them to the festival site, and supported the operators as they got cooking. 
Working closely with the festival team, I led our technicians in solving problems and keeping everything running smoothly. 
Additionally, collaborating with the Aggreko team during operations ensured a stable energy supply to the event and allowed us to solve every power problem on site. It's been an awesome experience making sure the Riyadh Food Truck Festival served up a fantastic culinary adventure.

MEP Engineer (Food Trucks & Implementation)

Project: FIFA Club World Cup 2023 - In collaboration with SMC (Saudi Motor Company), the primary operator under FIFA, and Laylati Group, the main catering operator under SMC, my role extends to overseeing the supply and deployment of kitchen equipment for this prestigious event. Supervising a proficient team of technicians, I ensure that all machines operate seamlessly, meeting the highest standards. Regular coordination with SMC, Laylati Group, and stadium engineers optimizes MEP trades for optimal performance. On-site supervision involves troubleshooting and resolving operational issues. Efforts are geared towards ensuring a flawless culinary experience throughout the project.

-Site Assessment: Thorough examination of existing spaces to transform them into efficient kitchens. Analyzing interior structure and MEP systems ensures seamless alignment with the new design.
-Scheduling and Project Deadline: Crucial collaboration with stakeholders in crafting a tailored schedule, and prioritizing tight deadlines in the fast-paced environment.
-Design and Remodeling: Engaging in productive meetings with clients and various departments to draw up detailed kitchen layouts. Collaborative efforts ensure that proposed designs align with the vision of the brand and the operator.
-Implementation of MEP Systems: Transitioning into the execution phase, the focus turns to detailed implementation of plans, with precision placement of MEP Trades. Crucially, this phase follows the approval of design drawings by the consultant.
-Equipment Deployment and Logistics: Managing the delivery and setup of kitchen equipment involves close collaboration with our logistics team and technicians.
-Testing and Commissioning: In the final stage, every part of the kitchen, from MEP systems to specialized equipment, undergoes testing to ensure seamless functionality.

-Project Assessment and Planning: I collaborate closely with clients to conduct thorough assessments of their needs and goals. This includes MEP system designs and commercial kitchen solutions, taking into account factors such as space limitations, functional requirements, and regulatory guidelines. 
-Kitchens: I specialize in creating customized commercial kitchen designs, supported by clear and detailed documentation, to help them visualize the outcome.
-Technical Design and Detailed Drawings: I collaborate with a design team to create detailed MEP engineering drawings, encompassing all mechanical and electrical trades. I carefully review and assess the tender file for accuracy and reliability.
-Coordination with Specialized Systems: I work closely with suppliers to ensure the procurement and integration of specialized systems such as Reverse Osmosis, fire suppression systems for hoods (Ansul systems), Ecology units, and gas systems. My responsibilities include negotiating prices, as well as careful review and assessment of system drawings.
- Stainless Steel Fabrication Collaboration: I have collaborated with a stainless-steel factory to facilitate the fabrication of various kitchen elements, including tables, shelves, and other essential fixtures.
-Coordination and Collaboration: I closely collaborate with interior architects, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure coordination throughout the entire project. By encouraging communication and promoting teamwork.
-Infrastructure Coordination:  I collaborate with an infrastructure contractor to establish tapping points for drainage, water supply, and electrical distribution within the structure. 
-On-site execution:  I oversee project schedules in collaboration with subcontractors, ensuring efficient progress. I conduct regular on-site visits to monitor developments, resolve issues, and align with project timelines.

-Project Assessment and Planning: Collaborating closely with clients, I work to understand their goals and transform them into MEP system designs. By considering factors such as space limitations, functional requirements, and regulatory guidelines I develop blueprints that provide a framework, for project execution.
-Technical Design and Detailed Drawings: designing and preparing detailed MEP engineering drawings, covering HVAC, plumbing, and fire systems, as well as electrical solutions involving lighting, low power, and low current systems.
-Design Review and Approval Process: Once the technical drawings are complete, I send them to the senior engineer for a detailed check. After their approval, the designs go to the consultant for final approval, ensuring a quality approach for every project.
-Systems takeoff: My role involves quantifying all the elements, materials, and equipment required for the execution phase of the project, this assessment ensures that every component needed is accounted for and available.
-Coordination and Collaboration: I closely collaborate with interior architects, subcontractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure coordination throughout the entire project. By encouraging communication and promoting teamwork I ensure that deliveries are made on time and that any problems are effectively addressed.
-On-site execution: oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems. In addition, I coordinate the execution plans, collaborate with subcontractors, obtain approvals from consultants, and lead a team of technicians.
