• Contacting suppliers worldwide to procure specific products at a given price
• Negotiate with suppliers about the prices and then get a quotation to lock that price in place
• Establish preferred relationship with supplier to ensure long term relation and benefits
• Acquire different kind of authorizations from supplier i.e in case of distribution, brand authorization, category authorization etc
• Communicate and revive supplier in case supplier become non responsive at later stages
• Ensure timely purchase order is sent to the selected/shortlisted supplier
• Provision of completing documentation for opening wholesale accounts with companies
• Maintenance of record from initiation of contact with supplier till sign up completion
• Regular follow ups with suppliers for sign-ups (Emails / Calls)
• Obtaining product files(csv or pdf) and quotes from different suppliers
• Inter department collaboration to ensure output from sourced supplier
• Make sure to achieve assigned targets/OKRs/ KPIs consistently
• Any other task assigned as per requirement
