I am an Accountant and I must say, accounting is a very interesting profession that I have been enjoying in the past 16 years. I am a first class graduate of Accounting and not just that, I am the only one who graduated with a first class in my department that year, oh yes😁 I love figures and that was why I followed my dream of becoming an Accountant. Presently, I work as a full time Finance professional at the African Development Bank. Accounting and Finance is intriguing & I have been following suit passionately. My profession as an Accountant has also been helpful even to me in making personal financial decisions. I am experienced in Financial planning/ Reporting, Borrowing/derivatives Accounting, Equity, Budgeting & Cashflow, Portfolio management, Treasury instrument analysis and reporting. However, I discovered that there is more to me than figures & calculations so when I am not doing Accounting I am pursuing my other areas of interest.
