The Big Engineering Work Experience Week (Our Ingenious World)

The BIG Work Experience Week is a Virtual Work Experience Programme designed to equip students in higher education with practical skills to support the design of Sustainable systems for the built environment. It is based on a structure that ensures that students are exposed to Engineering, Innovation, Technology and Entrepreneurship. It is designed to provide industry context to their learning and challenge thinking. It encourages and supports team building and encourages the student cohort to continue to innovate together after the completion of the programme. It is open to students from all over the world and is FREE of CHARGE. 
The programme has been designed to foster critical thinking, creativity and prepare students for innovative careers. The concept of Engineering innovation for sustainability will help the students analyze engineering problems from different angles and assess potential solutions based on their impact on society, the economy, businesses and the environment.
It has been curated to help participants find unique solutions to complex problems - encouraging an ability to think outside the box. The programme supports students’ understanding of real innovation by equipping them with the practical tools they need to transform industries for progress and sustainable impact.

Operation GEquipmenT is an initiative that was birthed through passion to reach out to orphans(including human trafficking victims and domestic abuse victims) through skill acquisition programmes that will ultimately enhance the quality of life of each of these children. The goal of the initiative is to build a skill acquisition centre where orphans can learn any skill of their choice for free.
