Hi, I'm Ondrej! Welcome to my journey. Let's change the future together! Born in Czechoslovakia and raised in Germany, I have always been interested in international and intercultural communication. During my many years of international experience in various countries, I have deepened my knowledge in these areas, which I have successfully applied in many of my professional negotiations. I am adaptable and always motivated to take on new challenges, such as climbing the highest mountain in the Alps, Mont Blanc. My core competencies, developed over almost 20 years in the banking and financial sector, include analysis and forecasting, writing risk decisions up to the board level, and mediation between various parties. While managing a portfolio of over EUR 1 billion in Germany and Asia, I also honed my skills in optimization, organization, and project management. I have also always prioritized service orientation and in recent years have focused on improving my customer experience skills. On my journey to change the future for the better, I align myself with the company and its values, constantly push myself out of my comfort zone, take on new challenges, grow with each task and responsibility, and actively work with others to drive success. Through regular participation in various courses and several years abroad, including in Asia, I constantly strive to broaden and deepen my expertise, most recently in communication and intercultural intelligence.
