I spent the first eight years of my career, as an engineer performing technical writing, analysis, efficiency studies, and documentation. I've worked with companies including Underwriters Laboratories, Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority, CustomInk, and as a government contractor. From engineering, I became a full-time author. An exciting career choice but difficult to maintain. After some time, I transitioned back to the workforce in writing and editorial roles. I worked as an assistant editor for The Military Engineer magazine, wrote and edited consumer-product reviews for US News, and managed a team and edited career and job-related articles for LinkedIn News. I've been a writer and editor for the past seven years. During my career, I self-published two books, including a memoir that helps women overcome emotional trauma from their mothers, elevate their self-confidence, and achieve their goals. I am a life coach who is passionate about helping you heal and thrive. I enjoy collaborating on teams, and assisting and motivating others. Social media and writing are my preferred means to reach people and connect.
