As the Senior Operations Manager at One Academy, I played a pivotal role in orchestrating key facets of the business. My responsibilities encompassed the strategic management of budgets, procurement, and the successful expansion of our operations to a second location. ● Oversaw onboarding/off-boarding, coaching and performance management of 130+ staff members; excluding vendor, contractor & temp sourcing.
● Oversaw inventory compliance and accurate product flow of more than $1m of product, through implementation of WMS softwares and Lean practices.
● Ensured white-glove customer experience of 500+ deliveries per day by consistent coaching & thorough process implementation.
● Partnered with People (HR), Logistics, C.I & other departments on various international projects between US & CA.
● Oversaw fleet management of 24 delivery/service vehicles and implemented KPI to ensure driver/pedestrian safety.
● Adhered to tight deadlines while juggling multiple concurrent projects to achieve operational excellence.
● Developed & implemented KPI to ensure consistency and quality performance during deliveries, repairs and production.
● Managed product launch, warehouse sourcing/relocation & retail/commercial setup projects.
● Created & Implemented recognition programs to drive team engagement and productivity based on KPI achievements.
● Assisted in launching 4 US warehouses and sourcing 3PL partners to expand the Canadian operation.
● Monitored budget to control P&L and warehouse expenses vs expected revenue.
● Oversaw inventory, quality, service, refurb, reverse logistics, delivery, customer experience, fleet management and production departments through 6 direct reports.

Operations Manager

● Launched the only Canadian Peloton Field Operations and became the 2nd international operation for the company.
● Created schedules for team members and tracked compliance using peloton integrated software.
● Supervised onboarding and offboarding of new team members
● Developed good relationships with vendors and 3PL partners to ensure fluidity and business continuity. 
● Maintained safety by implementing compliance measures in accordance with WHMIS & WHS. 
● Ensure best practices were adhered to during task completion.
