I propose solutions that solve the problems and use the operational processes to define the scope for solutions.

This standard framework makes it easy to compare best practices and match patterns across product, marketing and customer experience.

I also work closely with the Founders of software vendors to help them understand my customer's needs and guide their roadmaps where I can to help fill in the gaps.

Product businesses should revolve around the product.

My most vital differentiator is an intimate knowledge of product operations from ideation to launch.

This process drives your flywheel and runs across multiple teams that often touch the product in a silo.

Physical product companies can learn a lot by looking at the way digital product companies have evolved. Every physical product company should find ways to shorten the feedback loops with their customers and increase the quality of the feedback they receive.

Great products are easier to market, creating happier customers who buy again and tell others to do the same.

Successfully integrated the Peoplevox GTM strategy and sales motion into Descartes Systems Global Sales teams and grew ARR by £1.5M in 12 months.

Owned GTM strategy and execution. Secured an exit to Descartes Systems for £20M.

We went from being a loss-making software company to generating £350K of cash and securing a Series A investment led by Index Ventures for £3.5M. I went from being employee #3 to being a shareholder pre-investment.

What it took to become Airtable Partner of the Year 2025 and why I care.

“We’d struggle to get adoption for NetSuite in our business because we’ve got an Airtable culture.”

That’s ease of use and delivering a great workflow design delivered by our team setting the bar.

The reality is it’s all thanks to this Airtable platform we and our clients are building their business around. 

I’m sat at the Science Museum waiting for Samuel Cook to kick-off the Airtable London partner event.

This past year, since being recognised as the go-to partner for retail we’ve invested in our strategic partnership with Airtable and it’s paying dividends for us both.

The platform strikes the perfect balance of having a relatively low learning curve whilst being advanced enough to handle the most complex use cases we throw at it.

Under Howie Liu we’ve watched Airtable position themselves as a leader in AI-native workflow automation.

The announcements have been relentless this year but the impact has been felt by us partners when we’re working in the platform.

Much of the work Airtable does with us is behind the scenes, taking us into the strategic retail accounts and trusting us with their household name brands.
