UBS Wealth Management

Produced and prepared complex analyses used by senior management for decision-making. Planned, designed and implemented strategic initiatives for various locations within the global FX business for Wealth Management (Switzerland, EMEA and APAC). Developed a CRM application used to measure productivity and decision making by senior management. Redesigned the information flow and reduced lead-times by approximately 90% (from 4 hours to around 20 minutes).
Designed, tested and implemented a new daily process from scratch to improve and streamline the information flow from FX Sales to IT regarding the periodical update of recommendations from the team and trade performances and reduced lead-times by approximately 75%.
Created a new report to measure the interactions between the IPS Advisory Solutions team for FX with the various teams of Global Emerging Markets including a quantification of the profitability of these interactions.

IPS Advisory Solutions FX - Business Management

OTC Collateral Management: Performed and managed margin calls for clients who have signed collateral agreements with UBS. Daily interacted with external clients as well as with internal teams acting as a point of contact for inquiries with regards to collateralization and risk. Handled the portfolio of collateralized Clients of UBS Wealth Management Switzerland. Supported UBS Wealth Management Credit Risk. Collaborated in several projects related with the WM clients to improve existing processes and to gain efficiency.

OTC Client Valuations: Managed the reporting system serving UBS Clients of Over-the-Counter Derivatives (Fixed Income, FX/PM Cash and Options, and Equity products). Daily interacted with external clients as well as with Front and Middle Office teams from different departments. Managed a project to improve and streamline daily processes in Switzerland that will be soon implemented in the Client Valuation teams globally.
