For as long as I can remember, I have always felt that I was meant to help others, to lead, to getting better results at whatever my task at hand was. Whether it was to help my students look inside themselves and strive to be better inside the classroom and out, help them grow and mature into fine young men and women and prepare them for the challenges they may face as they continue through the education system and beyond, I always felt rewarded in my field. My path to teaching somehow led me to not only run schools but led me to being able to run a multi specialist 17 doctor ophthalmology clinic to which my background has helped me prepare for the many challenges I faced. Like with my students; at my previous job, all my receptionists, technicians, and doctors both challenged me and led me to getting exceptional results which I thrived for to create and establish balance in a fast-paced environment that Eye Health MD was for me. My dedication to every aspect of my life has allowed me to gain the knowledge and expertise needed to be a success and an asset to any institution. I know how it feels to stand in front of a class as well as becoming a guiding force behind the scenes. This experience, along with the fact that I am hard working, energetic, always willing to learn and not afraid of responsibility will be a benefit to any organization. For example, we can control our mouths, but we don’t control our eyes. When you’re truly happy, your eyes become bigger and brighter involuntarily and give you away - but they look smaller when you’re sad and worried. Same goes in the workplace. When you show your clients they can trust you - it’s most likely because they meet your gaze and they can tell you are serious simply by making eye contact hence showing them you can help them become more successful with your expertise and of course honesty.
