• Responsible for entire management, communication and production process of event operations
• Ensure that the venue functions works in a safe, orderly and disciplined manner in accordance with the conditions of the licenses, policy and Health & Safety requirements
• Developing and managing strong and effective relationships with key stakeholders. These include venue owners, external stakeholders, government agencies, and function contractors
• Ensure clear communication and effective & timely information sharing within the venue team, to Senior Management and to the venue owners
• Partner with top management to develop, implement, and manage strategic planning as it relates to  security, and policy/procedures for event related functions
• Handling issues emerged in all venue functions (Logistics, Workforce, Catering/Cleaning/Waste, Spectator Services, Press, Broadcasting, Technology, Transport etc.)
• Focusing specifically on controlling the security, spectators service, workforce, transport, ticketing and accreditation process
• Managing venue meeting, making presentations/org charts for functions and new starters
• Developing Daily Run Sheets of the event days which represent the master file containing daily workflow of all functions in the venue

Spectator Services and Experience Supervisor

- Planning and implementing the procedures of Access Control, Resolution Desk, Ticket Sales
- Ensure that a high level of service is maintained in the entrance of the venue
- Planning and delivering smooth operations of Queuing Lanes, Pedestrian Screening Area (PSA) / Ticket Box offices
- Responsible for sales reporting, financial reconciliation of the venue Ticketing Box Office
- Leading the team of 16 employees and 30 volunteers

- Assist Ticketing Manager, developing daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Preparing of the training materials for the ticket sellers and team leaders
- Supervision and daily support of the sales outlets and Call Center team
- Close cooperation with Corporate Sales and Accounting Departments
- Monitoring the sales process, solving issues experienced by customers. 
- Have been responsible for 6 sales points/13 ticket sellers.

- Planning and implementing the procedures relating to Access Control, Queuing, Ticket Sales
- Cross-functional cooperation with teams of Venue General Management, Spectators Services and Security
- Ensure that all necessary documentation, policies, procedures, and contingency plans required for the planning, readiness and operational phases are produced on time, tested, and implemented to the required standards
