• I built web scrapers to obtain electronic invoicing data by building an in house scraping framework.
• I applied reverse engineering to determine the behavior of e-invoicing providers and the proper way to do scraping.
• I built a platform for the use of the risk team where the credit profile of our customers was made available using technologies such as Flask, MongoDB, AWS Athena.
• Performed integrations and pipelines to process data coming from SOAP and REST services such as Experian Datacredito.
• Improved ETL processes by optimizing SQL queries and improving the implementation on Ariflow by redesigning DAGs based on the single responsibility principle.

• Implemented REST endpoints for the credit application process using technologies such as Python and Flask.
• I built a credit application processing engine that is actionable for customers in different segments and allows its parameterization through an administrator using technologies such as Python.
• Improved integrations with external SOAP and REST services such as Complace and Transunion by applying retry patterns to make it more resilient to temporary failures.

During my time in Indigo I kept working on the CovidAlert project. 

I was responsible to design and lead the implementation of the system to integrate the social network models and data analytics models to be used in the app.

I coordinated with the different teams on how to integrate each model to work all together in the best way. 

This was my first experience leading teams, so I mentored teammates, and helped organize the work by breaking down features into tasks and then assigning them to each member of the team.

I worked on a research project named CovidAlert; the main objective is to use technology to reduce the contagiousness of Covid through alerts generated using social network models.

Research around mobile technologies to find the best way to determine, using a smartphone app, if two people have been closed. The method developed used low-energy Bluetooth and beacon technology (Alt-Beacon) located in strategic sites.

GearPlug

I built client libraries to easily integrate with tools such as Shopify, SalesForce, SugarCRM, etc.

I built user interface components working closely with UI designers.

Maintenance of legacy systems: refactoring code, fixing bugs, building new features, and increasing the test coverage.

I designed and developed a multi-objective genetic algorithm using NSGA-II to find the optimal combination to assign coffee pickers to coffee lots. The assignment takes into account the coffee lot features such as inclination and the performance of the picker in his work. The type of the genetic algorithm was choosed after find the conditions to satisfy in the problem.

The genetic algorithm was exposed in a web application developed using Vue.js on the front-end side and Falcon (Python) on the back-end side.
