•Initiate, plan and manage digital platform development and B2B/B2C business models, alongside developing and implementing new technologies 
•Add new products and features, collect customer requirements, conduct market research & develop prototypes 
•Ongoing work with customers and end users, analyze customer experience and conceptualize creative UI/UX 
•Formulate marketing, sales and concept strategies, create roadmaps, specification documents and sketches
