The graduation project research aims to test the relationship between the dimensions of (Strategic leadership) and (Institutional excellence) in the Al-Karkh general hospital. a questionnaire form was distributed to a sample of 30 respondents. After the data were collected, the research hypotheses were tested and an asset of conclusions was reached, the most important of which is the existence of a correlation and influence between strategic leadership and institutional excellence. In light of them, a set of recommendations were formulated, one of the most important of these is the interest of the research sample in seeking distinction.
