Running the business alone, I tackled the challenges of many roles at once. I marketed the business to generate clients, designing the tattoos in close contact with them and being responsible for a fully sterile working environment while travelling through Europe. By doing that, I learned how important feedback from customers is and how to manage my time. Now, moving from drawings and skin to the digital world of UX Design, I can adapt many things I have learned throughout the years to design personalized experiences.

This being my second contracted caravan build, I applied what I have learned from the first one to improve my designs and functionality in a slightly bigger space. Having access to better tools, my work not only entailed building the custom furniture but also fabrication and paintwork as well as mechanical repairs on the van itself. Again, I have used my experience in organizing a large amount of content in a small space to improve the usability and intuitivity of the van and improve the experience.

Building my first ever camper van during this time, I have learned how to fit many requirements into a small space. Having done it in a physical form to build a caravan with a bed, sink, stove, shower and room for surf equipment all in the space of a minivan, I can translate this architectural knowledge into other parts of my working life.

Hi, my name is Oscar.

I am a german UX designer, based in Bali.

From tattoo artist to bespoke campervan builder, I was fascinated by turning ideas into reality long before I got into tech and became a UX Designer.

I am passionate about working closely with stakeholders, understanding the audience, and building products that give real-life value to people. 

Trying to solve problems with user needs at the core of the design process, I noticed that most of the time, the simplest solution, is also the most effective one.

At the end of the day, I want to help companies understand their user base and help turn their visions into helpful products, that enable people to do what they love.

In the past, I have worked with tech startups, business coaches, and Greenpeace partners to create compelling products that create a close relationship between the company and its audience.

I have been awarded the “best designer award” by my wife, and some of my work is displayed on my mom's fridge.

How to write 100 comments a day.

(in under 2 hours)

So you go viral, get clients, and stop having to do boring work for hours on end.

And most importantly showing up sounding authentically like yourself.

Let’s be honest.

You’re bored of seeing comments that just repeat your post back to to you and are obviously (and badly) AI generated under a post you spent ages writing.

If you want to go viral, you need to know what’s trending in your niche.

You don’t have time to read blogs, newsletters, and Reddit threads all day.

You’re serving clients, building offers, running a business.

I used to spend half a day trying to find a topic or post idea worth writing.

By the time I finished, someone else already said it better.

Now I let an AI agent do the digging for me.

It scans the web, finds hot topics in my niche, and gives me a list of things I can post about before anyone else.

It’s still my content, still my voice, still me.

Just without wasting half a day.

If you want to stay on top of your niche without spending hours researching,
it might be time to let AI handle that part for you as well.

I wouldn’t recommend using voice agents for follow up calls. 

(Unless you want to scare away a good chunk of leads)

Don’t get me wrong, the tech is already wild.

Fast responses and no more leads getting cold. 

But the moment the call starts, people can hear they are not talking to a human.

That tiny pause when the person realises they’re talking to a machine.

Some hang up, some stay, but the energy dies.

You can feel the distance.

I’ve been there before.

When I first automated my outreach, everything looked flawless on paper.

But every message felt off.

Not because automation doesn’t work, but because people weren’t ready for it.

That’s where I think we are with voice AI.

The systems are ready.

Society isn’t.

Until AI sounds human or we stop caring who’s on the line, giving it full control will cost more trust than it saves.

So for now, automate the support.

Keep the conversation human.

And six weeks later, they have a few broken automations, disconnected dashboards, and are wondering what actually changed.

Nothing did. 

You still need:

• Clear workflows

• Defined handoffs

• A system that works for humans and AI
 
Bezos is right about the big picture.

But your advantage isn’t in being the first to buy tools and “have AI.”

It’s in being one of the few who built something solid enough to handle what’s coming.
