My year-long trainee program was shortened to 8 months, as a result of my proactiveness, responsibility-taking as well as performance. During my program, I was responsible for operational, marketing and sales initiatives, aiding the CEO and CCO with setting the internal structure and ways of working. 

Furthermore, I was assigned to a large rebranding project, in which I helped coordinate. Additionally, I was project lead for a sub-workstream of said project, which included operational, technological and creative aspects.

Management Trainee

klarify, a sub-brand to ALK, aims to help people suffering from allergies by educating them about various symptoms, and treatment options as well as in-depth information about their respective allergies. 

During my employment at klarify, I assisted with:
- CRM activities, supporting with strategy and the implementation of content across multiple channels.
- Campaign management for SoMe and CRM. 
- Project management of website, communicating with developers as well as operating within CMS. 
- SEO outreach.

Marketing Assistant

UserTribe

UserTribe is an end-to-end customer integration platform for enterprises that wants to empower a new way of bringing products and services to market through real-life human perspectives and user research. 

At UserTribe, my main responsibilities included:

- Managed organic and paid social as well as created content for several channels. 
- Website administration and lighter design work

Ungdomskraft employs the problemsolvers of tomorrow, offering handymen services for both private and corporate clients. During the summer period of 2020, I was in charge of the marketing operations which predominantly entailed:

- Crafting and implementing the overarching commercial strategy on multiple platforms.
- Creating content for the website in terms of copy and SEO.
- Google Ads and Analytics to promote and track web traffic.
- Social media management and content production in the Adobe Suite.
