Reporting into the VP Marketing and managing a team of four in London and Los Angeles, I delivered Cleo's transition to an internal agency model built to deliver best-in-class social content to power Cleo's US expansion to an $80M Series C.

- Data-driven Social Strategy: Developed and managed a team in London and Los Angeles to deliver a data-driven approach that increased organic engagement by 94% and community growth by 14% during tenure, leading to a 17% improvement in blended CPA.

- Campaign Strategy and Delivery: Led a cross-functional (social, PR, brand, product, engineering)  approach to execute an 'always on' campaign calendar including #BoycottBlackFriday - Cleo's flagship brand campaign driving 1.2M organic impressions, +334% YoY impressions and saving Cleo users a total of $2.5m.

- TikTok Innovation: Introduced a data-driven TikTok strategy, resulting in +27% engagement during tenure and Cleo's most successful post on the platform with 2.1M organic views. Led on collaboration with growth team to identify winning creative formats to drive through-the-funnel ROI.

- Creator Strategy: Pioneered a creator-led approach to Cleo organic channels, powering content with authentic voices to build brand equity and share of voice.
