- Categorisation of potential clients, identification of high-potential clients, client positioning, initial offer presentation, negotiation process, and closing sale process

My responsibilities as Idego's BDM were:
- Active acquiring of new customers, both national and international
- Presenting company across multiple different technological and business domains
- Qualifying leads and opportunities according to the company's strategy and strengths
- Conducting negotiations and closing deals
- Coming up with new where-to-play ideas and building go-to-market approach for selected segments
- Identifying Key Competitors and carrying our regular competitor analysis
- Building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, from start-ups to large corporations

Link Group 

As an IT Account Manager I was responsible for the whole process combining business development and later on, account management.

- Client sourcing and direct business development
- Expanding current business and maintaining good relationships with current Link Group partners

Associate Account Manager

-Strengthening investment and trade relations as well as economic and cultural cooperation between the Philippines, on one hand; and Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, on the other.
-Promoting the Philippines as a tourist destination and promoting Philippine culture.
-Arranging meetings with government officials from Poland, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia who are in charge of the economy, trade, investment and culture as well as with key members of the private sector who could be interested in cooperation with the Philippines.
-Monitoring opportunities in those four countries for the Philippines in the areas of trade, investment, economic cooperation, tourism and culture and helping in identifying and charting ways on how they can be tapped.
-Preparing economic intelligence reports using primary and secondary sources.
-Drafting relevant official correspondences and other forms of communication for the Head of Post.
