I've started my career in January 2020 in Support. After 5 months I've transitioned into a role of Product Expert. Ever since I've dedicated my career to helping sell/support software solutions provided by Omnisend. My goal is to support the sales representatives, customer success managers, partnership managers and other client-facing colleagues in acquiring/retaining clients by helping clients to clear up the problems they have and offering potential solutions to those that require a combination of existing features, as well as troubleshooting issues reported by customers and colleagues. In my role I mostly support enterprise level clients and that helps me in finding product gaps, which I aim to provide solutions for using a combination of integrations and existing product features. Whenever problems cannot be solved with currently available resources on hand, I design potential solutions for the product gaps that would require minimal input from our team and at the same time would solve problems that hundreds/thousands of our customers encounter and deliver them to Product Managers. Another part of my role is to support our partners in the development of the integrations, my job is to answer all the product-related questions of all levels, as well as preparing technical tasks that outline the use-cases each integration should solve and how exactly the solutions should be developed. My core strength is the combination of an excellent understanding of the customers' business requirements and my deep technical skills, which allow me to design working solutions using the features that weren't initially developed for solving specific problems our customers/leads have. One of my biggest achievements is the direct participation in the growth of our integration directory from 30 to more than 150 integrations in the last 3 years. With 4 years of overall experience and 3.5 years as a Product Expert, I'm used to dealing with integration partners, colleagues in both customer-facing and technical roles and customers in various eCommerce industries. I've always taken responsibility to share my knowledge with co-workers by answering their questions internally, writing articles for both internal and external knowledge bases and by mentoring less experienced team members.
