● Led project management to communications to reporting as well as promoting an integrated culture.

Responsible for coordinating as well as crafting proposal responses for billion dollar deals that were presented by Accenture Strategy's North American M&A leadership to C-level stakeholders.

●  Led quality assurance during NiSource’s remediation of two live Workbrain (Time & Labor) instances.  

●  Managed global team of data scientists during the requirements and design phases of Retailer iQ at Coupons.com – “personalized digital coupon analytics platform” for retailers that integrates consumer insights with machine-learning recommendation engine results.

Responsible for managing business development for white space sales pursuits in Analytics, Mobility, and SAP HANA as well as implementing them at CPG clients

●  Led the Innovation Center for SAP in Chicago to help top-tier Retail and Consumer Goods clients utilize HANA, Analytics, Mobility, and Social Media to pursue white space opportunities.  (Recognized within SAP and Accenture with high marks for innovation.)

●  Managed largest SAP Business Warehouse (BW) conversion effort for Accenture.  Team converted 1 billion records with 99.95% success rate - considered "best in class" by client.

I’ve coached hundreds of students—in the Chicagoland area and beyond for 25+ years—on how to unlock their imperfect stories to achieve 🚀 Moonshot 🌘 results.

In the corporate world, I've led the development of digital transformation solutions.  Required tapping into my expertise in establishing trust through exceptional customer experiences, validating emerging technology use cases, and managing global teams focused on innovation.

Common thread in my nonlinear journey as a consultant and an admissions coach is helping others to "think outside of the box" and teaching them storytelling with insights extracted from data.

I share below my motivation for creating fans—across brands spanning my employers, clients, alma maters, and mentees—through service excellence.

Having classmates from all over the world was the norm when growing up as an expat (Aramco) brat in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.  Schools back then ended at 9th grade, so we enrolled at boarding schools to finish high school.  I learned servant leadership, authenticity, and resilience at Deerfield Academy, whose motto has been my compass for past 30 years. 

I stumbled during college and not having a mentor then is why I am one today. I never gave up on my “above average” dreams while at Purdue and strive to inspire why to aim high in spite of the odds. 

That's why I'm grateful Cornell’s Hotel School’s valued my "Voice of Customer" empathy over traditional hospitality experience. This led me across the street to the Johnson School, where I earned an MBA/MMH dual-degree, and the School of Industrial & Labor Relations (ILR), where I was a TA/Coach in Leadership Goal-Setting. At Cornell, I also co-founded (1) a mentorship program between my business school classmates from underrepresented backgrounds and their undergraduate counterparts as well as (2) the first MBA club to bring Israeli and Arab classmates together.

My alma maters shaped me to become the "glue" at every organization I've served to date. It's why I'm loyal to them.
