As a Product Lead, I leverage my technical and design background, entrepreneurial mindset, and product management skills to deliver top-tier fitness products that address customer and business needs. With over seven years of experience in the product field, I have grown from a Product Designer to a Product Manager, and then to a Product Lead, leading a high-performing team of over 30 professionals across various disciplines and functions. As a cross-functional team leader, I have successfully boosted product metrics for FitCoach and Yoga-Go resulting in 5 times retention and engagement growth. As a result of collaboration with the Marketing and Monetization departments, I witnessed and actively participated in the MRR growth up to 23 times, achieving leading positions in their respective markets.
