• Led a high-performing team comprising over 30 professionals: Product Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, Content Managers, Designers, and Analysts. Successfully mentored and managed 3 Product Managers, propelling their careers;

• FitCoach achieved 23x MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) Growth and Yoga-Go did 3x MRR Growth, reaching leading positions in their niches: FitCoach was the #5 in Apps for Workout, and Yoga-Go was the #1 in Yoga Apps. Integrated with Web platform not only reduced transaction fees by leveraging the ability to build customizable activation experiences depending on acquisition channel (Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok);

• Achieved 5x Critical Activation and 2x Critical Monthly Retention for FitCoach and 5x Critical Monthly Retention for Yoga-Go;

• Dismantled corporate silos by facilitating seamless cross-functional collaboration among the Marketing, Monetization, Engineering, and Discovery departments. By aligning them with shared OKRs, we fostered a cohesive environment where teams worked synergistically;

• Spearheaded the development of a world-class analytical monitoring system designed to offer a unified and reliable source of information for both Product and Business KPIs. This system enabled seamless monitoring and analysis, empowering stakeholders with actionable insights and facilitating informed decision-making across the organization;

I joined a four-member team with limited experience, and together, we successfully launched 2 Health & Fitness products, reshaping the company's focus from viral content to a product-oriented business model. Demonstrating a strong desire and ability beyond my role as a Product Designer, I was promoted to Product Manager

• Utilizing the Design Thinking process, we launched FitPrism to market within a limited time frame. Before development, we validated four ideas through competitor research, user interviews, and prototype testing;

• Leveraging my technical background, I played a key role in hiring initial iOS developers and establishing efficient processes between Design and Development;
I led a creative team in shooting and editing essential training video content for Health & Fitness products;

• Learning Amplitude, I fostered a data-driven culture by regularly sharing customer insights and actively participating in A/B testing to validate activation hypotheses;
In just one year, my manager entrusted me to launch another mobile application, Fitty, offering on-demand workouts based on customer preferences;

• Utilizing Lean methodology, I led a team to launch the Fitty MVP in just one month, demonstrating positive metrics for paid user acquisition from its initial releases;

With over seven years of experience in the product field, I have grown from a Product Designer to a Product Manager, and then to a Product Lead, leading a high-performing team of over 30 professionals across various disciplines and functions.

As a cross-functional team leader, I have successfully boosted product metrics for FitCoach and Yoga-Go resulting in 5 times retention and engagement growth. As a result of collaboration with the Marketing and Monetization departments, I witnessed and actively participated in the MRR growth up to 23 times, achieving leading positions in their respective markets.

Outside work, I enjoy spending time with my wife, playing guitar, being a proud cat father, and advocating for mental health.
