This builds on my experience prior to working in the Business School, but also utilises the skills developed as a lecturer and researcher. My passion remains for sharing the learning and experiences; the focus has changed from students to organisations and their owners. I have a broad skill set ranging from tactical implementations through to strategic audit and brand repositioning. I have worked with small start-up businesses through to large corporates. While based firmly in marketing, I have a strategic orientation focused firmly on formulation and implementation from the perspective of complex adaptive systems.
