On any given day, you might find me brainstorming creative ways to promote our brand, forecasting campaign results, wrangling deadlines, analyzing data to see what's working, and rallying our talented marketing crew to collaborate on killer content.

I regularly team up with our digital, content, events, sales, partnerships, and account-based marketing groups to craft omni-channel experiences that really resonate with our audience.

Other times, you can catch me developing account-based strategies, producing webinars, planning events, writing compelling copy, coming up with new product ideas, and forging partnerships.

Senior Global Demand Generation Manager 

As a Demand Generation Manager at Drift, I am responsible for creating integrated marketing campaigns that help create awareness, promote the brand, and generate pipeline and revenue for the business. 

This includes planning, forecasting, setting deadlines, reporting on the success of campaigns, and working cross-departmentally with our digital, content, events, demand generation, sales, partnerships, account-based marketing, and project management teams to create detailed marketing programs that create meaningful omni-channel experiences for our target audience.

Own and manage all parts of the Terminus ABM Platform (Terminus Ad Experiences, Terminus Email Experiences, Terminus Chat Experiences, Terminus Web Experiences, Terminus Data Studio, Terminus Measurement Studio) across our 1:1, 1:few, 1:many, and expansion strategies. 

Create and execute full-funnel omnichannel ABM campaigns that consist of custom lists built in Terminus Data Studio, advertising, direct mail (Sendoso), virtual events, sales outreach/sequencing, and measured in Terminus Measurement Studio.

Proactively develop and design advertising and advertising copy to support the Terminus Account-Based Advertising strategy.

Manage all top-of-funnel Terminus webinars, landing pages, emails, and deck creation.

Actively own and manage Terminus Chat and work with the Terminus Chat team to continuously innovate the product. 

Work with a team that supports all Demand Generation efforts. 

Manage and own Outreach and work with our internal Sales teams to identify gaps in our sales messaging.

Own the relationship between Marketing and the Account Development team to develop new messaging, reports, and strategies for their success.

Support the Inbound ADR team with sequences, templates, and new chat flows to help them convert inbound interest.

Responsible for outbound prospecting and daily KPI's that included cold calling, emails, meetings scheduled, and strategic outreach. 

Pioneered new sales development techniques for our organization that were adopted and implemented team-wide. Such as engagement tracking, targeting, copywriting, data analysis and live website tracking.

Consistently exceeded daily, weekly, and monthly metrics working to be a consistent top performer in the company which led to an exceeded pipeline generation quota of 117% in 2019. 

Assisted the marketing team with various projects to develop new skills in marketing. For example, event execution strategy, creating nurture email campaigns, the conceptualization of custom landing pages, and developed new conversational marketing workflows via Drift.
