- Led the project management and production of the 2022 & 2023 Annual and Sustainability Report.

-Identified and implemented cost-cutting measures and process efficiencies in all stages of report production.
-Working on aligning the reporting process with the latest Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) requirements. My work includes: Market research to identify a fitting ESG management software, external consultants and advisors to support Royal HaskoningDHV with CSRD implementation, raising awareness on CSRD and managing relationships with key stakeholders.

Global Reporting Initiative (GRI)

-I led a team of 4 FTEs, performing GRI’s report services for 500+ organizations annually. GRI’s services contributed  30% of GRI’s revenue. 
-I was accountable for the day-to-day performance of GRI Report Services, made decisions on complex content issues, and resolved client issues.
-I coached and trained the team and ensured customer satisfaction remained high.
-I monitored the team's KPIs and managed the implementation of relevant activities. 
-I introduced audit structures and criteria for data quality on services data 
-I supervised data analysis for monthly and quarterly KPIs. 
-I managed the financial administration procedures in the team, for instance by monitoring incoming revenue and resolving issues with debtors. 
-I was the leading expert in developing content for workshops, services, and courses in my team.
-I was the hiring manager in my team and hired all staff that joined the team in the last 3 years.
- I created and executed marketing campaigns.

Manager Report Services

-I managed the market research for an exploratory project on printed publications. 
-I drove the product development for a service where analysts reviewed the content of a sustainability report against requirements of disclosures in the GRI Standards. I mastered the content of disclosures in the scope of the service and developed expertise in the technical content to create the service methodology.  I also became the internal trainer and main reviewer for this service. 
-I developed content for the custom workshops under the Kick-off, a training workshop for first-time reporters, and the Review service, that reviewed reports through the lens of the GRI Reporting Principles.
-I led sales calls for services.
-I was responsible to maintain and update web content for my team.

Senior Coordinator- Services

-I was primarily responsible for all content development projects and services in two teams (GRI’s Training and Coaching and Report Services). I developed content for courses and workshops for GRI’s Certified Training Program (GRI Standards course, Materiality and Stakeholder Engagement module). 
-I also co-created custom workshops for GRI’s Review Service, an exclusive service that reviewed a sustainability report from the lens of the GRI Reporting Principles. 
-I continued my contributions and reviews to GRI’s e-learning program as a subject matter expert. 
I developed content, such as user manuals, for a digital reporting tool for SMEs.

Coordinator Services

-I performed the project management of a capacity-building program for sustainability reporting in supply chains. 
-I became the project manager of GRI’s first e-learning courses. I edited both the content of the courses and reviewed storyboards as a subject matter expert.
-I maintained and updated the web content for the programs I managed.

Training & Coaching Programs Coordinator

-I conducted market research and identified leads for a capacity building program for sustainability reporting on supply chains.
