My objective was to find the best providers in terms of technical expertise and adaptability (customer communication, operational schedule). Then i had to put them in connection with our contractors. The missions proposed by the contractors were mostly website creation. 

I also had commercial objectives in terms of sales. On the whole period, I recorded a 35 k€ sales.
 I also helped writing the newsletter and assisted to brain storming sessions to optimize the company's websites and create communication toolss. 

In terms of management, I was in charge of the integration of the newcomers. It was mainly a question of familiarizing them with the sales speech

When i joined éditéo, the company was trying to create a specific distrubtion network for top of range restaurants and hotels of Paris.

I was in charge of creating this specific distribution network by making a list of all the top of range restaurants and hotels of Paris and to negotiate with the directors

I realized 40k€ of turnover and created a network of 10 partners such as : Quai Ouest Restaurant, Costes K Hotel, The Ô Restaurant, The Chiberta, The Roland Garros Restaurant...

I also had to go to all the general distribution spots in order to make them sign an official distribution contract. 70 spots signed out of 110.
