-Full ownership of all Product/ order issues, providing insights and short/long-term solutions in daily stand-ups / weekly calibrations. ( L2 level ) 
-Vivid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, service monitoring, and MongoDB databases.
-Frequent user of BI-powered tools like Looker to analyze/report small and large-scale data which helps to tackle Product issues.
