I’m proud to know my strengths—and use them: → I make quick, strategic decisions → I peel through layers of gibberish and irrelevance to get the root of the issue → I pick up new tricks fast → I shepherd critical projects from concept to execution with lots of leadership...but no micromanagement. I believe that an outstanding senior executive always looks at the big picture. I work hard to keep my eye on the ball, constantly evaluating and considering what benefits the business at large. I strive to create an enviably pleasant work environment, facilitating collaboration between employees with different strengths while maintaining high production levels. My greatest asset? My broad business background. I’ve developed expertise in numerous fields—including legal, tax, insurance and risk management, real estate— and I find myself applying these skills at every business crossroad. Having worked for businesses of highly varying natures and scopes, I’ve learned to customize my management using a what-benefits-THIS-company model. My most favorite things? Reading (insatiable literary appetite), learning new things (total weakness for conferences, webinars, anything that will ramp up my skills), and spending time with my family. Oh, and jet-skiing.
