DUTIES :	
o	Negotiating for and purchasing of real property or rights therein. 
o	Coordinating the planning, financing, construction and management of housing development projects requiring advanced analysis and management techniques. 
o	Negotiating leases, including terms and conditions as to length of lease, services and utilities, remodeling and redecorating, and amortization. 
o	Serving as liaison to building occupants and owners in a facility, group or multiple facilities to identify current and potential customer service issues. 
o	Providing contractual oversight for custodial, security, maintenance, and other facility related operational and repair services. 
o	Participating in the budgetary planning, fiscal management and procurement processes. 
o	Contacting local officials and realtors to determine fair market value of property based on value of comparable properties. 
o	Preparing salvage value appraisals of acquired or prospective properties. 
o	Preparing and processing permits and rental agreements; determining and negotiating rates for temporary use of properties. 
o	overseeing the creating of all written disposition-related investor communications
o	developing sales and marketing strategies
o	negotiating sales contracts and broker commission agreements

DUTIES :	

	CREDIT RISK ASSESSMENT 
o	Critical assessment of credit risk of new borrowers falling in the credit portfolio.
o	Establish counterparty’s risk profile through credit bureau information, financial statements analysis, ownership structure and collateral analysis.
o	Identify transaction and business specific risk and risk mitigation factors on new transactions.
o	Perform comparative analysis amongst industry peers to assess counterpart’s position relative to its industry peers.
o	Determine and make recommendations on individual, industry and sector credit limits.
o	Complete forecasts, profit plans, and analyze related risks and opportunities.
o	Identifying and applying the appropriate costing technique to a range of counterparty situations.

	PORTFOLIO RISK MANAGEMENT
o	Analyze existing credit products from a quality, seasonality, and trend perspective
o	Determine on-going financial status and project performance of the counterparty.
o	Conduct ongoing monitoring and review of limits and exposures in the portfolio.
o	Ensure compliance with the Credit Risk Strategy and Policy at all times. 
o	Implement risk management processes and procedures.
o	Interface with business intelligence to create the necessary reporting requirements 
o	Preparation of Watch Loan Reports to monitor problem loans.
o	Prepare reports on credit portfolio for the Credit Committee and Senior Management.

	CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
o	Renew, restructure and modify facilities in line with risky standards and client requirements.
o	Maintain and take ownership of professional working relationships with the clients.
o	Work with the client to identify and/or develop new business opportunities.
o	Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the client’s industry and market.
o	Maintain service and quality levels according to business standards and the client’s expectations.

Credit Risk Analyst

Over 13 years experience in Real Estate (Incl CPF), Banking and Mortgage Lending, Property Development, Construction Management, Property Asset Management, Credit Management.
