The fellowship program provided me the comprehensive training and hands-on experience in various aspects of International Development, project management, Humanitarian work, nonprofit organizations, fundraising, and grant proposal writing. Through a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical skills development, I gained a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the field of international development and humanitarian work. 
The program also built my focus on building expertise in project management, fundraising strategies, and successful grant writing techniques, ensuring the skills and knowledge needed to make a meaningful impact in supporting and advocating for the world's most vulnerable populations.
