Having spent a few years taking on freelance projects I realized that more people were interested in being empowered to use Excel more effectively and access more of Excel's features. As a result I've taken on empowering people and I love it.

What I offer that's unique is short topic-focused workshops that allow the students to bring in their real world challenges. Topics have included:

-  Dashboards & Pivot Tables
-  Validation 
-  Forms & Input Controls


Students get so much from the workshops. Just by demonstrating strategies and functions, students have been able to save many hours of tedious work, minimize manual manipulation and increase accuracy.

I work with business owners on data-related challenges that include reporting, data modeling, data quality, efficiency and data-flow processes.

Monitored the progress of 5000 customers inside of a curriculum that lead toward a professional designation.

Primarily a Data Management role as I regularly closed gaps between the data, business rules and the reporting structures.

The result was a reduction in the processing time. I reduced the on-going daily process down to 2 days/month.

Fraternal Client Specialist

Calculated and processed commissions and bonuses for Sales Teams, Account Managers and Customer Service Dept. Regularly worked with and advised executive management on data quality, accuracy of payments and sales team performance. Ensured that reports and Excel formulas accurately reflected individual compensation plans and business rules.

Maintained appropriate levels of transparency, and adhered to Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.

Commissions Analyst

Supported Customer Service, Inside Sales, and Clients by conducting research, and managing curricula to improve Departmental efficiency
●	Acted as Project Manager to coordinate the efforts of departments (e.g., Account Management, Compliance, Billing and IT) to resolve internal and external issues.
●	Developed and executed database queries to uncover sales trends, sales performance, and transaction details to identify additional sales opportunities and areas for improvement.
●	Designed, documented, implemented, maintained, and updated department processes resulting in increased productivity

Customer Operations Analyst

Cleared database errors that were related to exam grading and professional licensing. The process was previously ad hoc and had no formal process.  I developed and document a process that tripled the success rate of clearing errors.

I've been working with data and Excel for many years, and have developed a passion for clean data and reliable reporting. An even greater passion is that of teaching, sharing knowledge and empowering people to do handle their data more efficiently and with greater skill to turn their data into useful information.
