Hi. I’m, Paavo Pärn, an entrepreneur who gets things done. My friends describe me as a clever, forward-focused, out-of-the-box thinker who is a funny, sociable, honest, and easy-to-talk-to kind of guy. I mostly agree 😊 For the past 18 years, I’ve dedicated myself to building up Sirkel & Mall, a leading Estonian architectural and engineering bureau. Since 2012, my focus has been on expanding the company into the Scandinavian market while doing export to Norway and Sweden. I’m learning on the go, and we’re making headway. Adding to that, I am a founder/investor in a startup company called LeVinum. LeVinum helps people invest in fine wines. We also store your wines in ambient temperature cellars. Wines have great investment potential (10-15%) when preserved in the proper storage condition. LeVinum has the space and know-how to safeguard your investment. In 2020, I took on yet another leadership role, but this time in a somewhat new direction. No more buildings and bottles. Now I lead an automated tech platform for freelance architects to pick and choose the kinds of projects they want to work on. Iffent assembles building design dream teams. We also digitalize contracts, payments, and quotes as part of the business. My initial role at the company was to make sure the platform was ready to use in December 2021. We hit our target. It can be tough to juggle three companies, not to mention a family and personal hobbies as well. I keep it in check by always reminding myself that doing one thing too much means that the other things suffer. As an easy-going person who is always looking ahead, I make sure not to suffer.
