My passion for research comes from my experience as a Psychology Honours academic, working through material to get a better and more nuanced perspective. This exciting journey also stems from my dynamic experience as a market researcher, which enabled me to appreciate the complexity of learning, absorbing knowledge, and utilizing it innovatively. Currently, I am the lead content strategist and editorial supervisor at Hashtag 89, an innovative content marketing and digital representation company. In this role, I compile content for social media platforms, being heavily involved in the research process, compiling and curating to publishing on the platforms. My role is multi-faceted as it includes writing articles, social media posts, community management, business-to-business marketing strategy, focus, project leadership, and the understanding of industry forces to create compelling and engaging content. I am an analytical, creative, diligent, one-of-a-kind’ professional who brings immense passion, a strategic disposition, and a flair for seeing a business thrive that is rarely paralleled by peers. Fun fact about me: I've had the pleasure of working in the mystery shopping department which measures clients' performance in fulfilling the promises they make to their customers across every touchpoint, channel, and market. Within this department, I was responsible for impactful and global accounts such as KIA, while compiling reports for Shoprite, Nissan, and Ford; I also supported projects with multinationals such as Caltex, Daimler, Shell, and Old Mutual.
