Responsible for negotiating with leads classified as Tier 1 for M3's operation in Brazil. Conducting the negotiation from the qualification by the Pre-Sales area. 

From understanding the need to signing the contract, the entire journey for this customer profile takes around 3 to 5 months. During this period, in addition to building the most assertive proposal, I am responsible for connecting different areas of M3 with the lead's internal team, according to the needs. Also, I connect the VTEX partner ecosystem, as integrators, aiming to be a facilitator. Fully consultative and technical sales. 

Within 6 months in 2021, I was able to sell over BRL 1,7mi in projects to implement e-commerce and ongoing virtual stores in VTEX, with a projection of more than BRL 4 mi of revenue generated for 2022. I secured important brands, such as Sam’s Club, Crocs, Volvo, Montblanc, Casino Supermarchés, Roland and Saucony.

Active prospection of leads with ICP Enterprise for the implementation of ecommerce on the VTEX platform, as well as conducting negotiations with companies originating from the Pre-Sales qualification. While conducting the whole sales funnel process, I was able to accompany meetings, proposal development, presentations, follow-ups, closing, and contract drafting. In addition to the commercialization of projects, I worked with the sale of recurring products: support & evolution of virtual stores, and SEO and paid media for ecommerce performance. 

In the course of employment, I achieved profitable results, with the Q1 goal being hit by 150% and about BRL 500k in sales within five months.

Head of New Business

I was responsible for structuring the New Business area while focusing on opening stores and expanding the brand beyond the state of Santa Catarina, the birthplace of the company. Acting in alignment with Marketing defining strategies and campaigns to capture leads and sales funnel for potential franchisee candidates. 

Within a macro scope, of brand positioning, I dedicated myself to the relationship with the market and the identification of opportunities. Management of digital and offline content and rich materials for Marketing and Sales teams to capture leads. 

I was responsible for opening the first store franchises of the chain outside the state of Santa Catarina.

Head of New Business

Responsible for coordinating the Marketing and New Business areas, working directly with franchisees, stakeholders and leads interested in new franchises. Team leadership, budget management of the Marketing Fund, restructuring of digital marketing processes, demand generation, targeting of online and offline campaigns and actions, alignment of guidelines to be worked on with the press, relationship with the market and direct action in the brand expansion project were among the activities carried out.

Responsible for consultative sales, marketing, new business and customer success specialist consultant in Santa Catarina for the Italian coffee brand illy. 

Among the responsibilities, there were the maintenance and the opening of new businesses in the inside sales format, as well as the personalized brand service with customers, the organization of promotional events in order to promote illy, and the control of quality and brand application in the coffee shops. 

For two consecutive years, the Santa Catarina operation was the fastest in growth in Brazil, reaching more than 40 resellers.
